Information Security Workshop

The workshop will give us the chance to share our knowledge, concerns and questions around the topics of privacy and surveillance. It will be a hands-on session where we can discuss privacy enhancing technologies such as the Tor Browser or the mobile app Signal.
Closely following the “security is a process not a product” mantra, we will encourage the participants to think of their particular needs (threat modelling) and we will offer support picking the right tools for the different scenarios.

The event will be held at Common House (Bethnal Green, London E2 9QG), it will be free and open to everyone.
